 wonderful! the isolation and DOF is terrific.
 Great shot! I especially like the fact that you can actually distinguish the background, it gives you some hint of the habitat.
As for the advanced critique, maybe the trunk at the left is somewhat distracting. Hope you don't mind my honesty..  -- Without you...  lovely
